Mahjong Fight Girl

Komani releases Mahjong Fight Girl in Japan today. This is a spin-off in the Mahjong Fight Club series. It can be played by both first-timers and serious mahjong fans. You can play 4-player (Dongfu), 3-player (Hanso), and 2-player (Hanzo). As in Bomber Girl, Komani only offers female characters and emphasises the kawaii aspect.You can enjoy the reactions and performances of the girls while playing. There a 8 differents characters all voiced by famous seiyu. Girls come from 3 different schools that compete in mahjong fight: Nerima Ichi High School, Akiba Niyaku Girls' Academy and Imperial High School.

Success releases Shanghai IV - Dragon Gate Leap on ALL.Net P-ras Multi Version 3 today. This is the first numbered title in 30 years since the arcade released of the classic puzzle/mahjong game Shanghai III in 1993. Shanghai IV features 20 stages but unfortunatly is only 1P. The concept is still the same, you have to erase the same tiles two by two from the piled mahjong tile while paying attention to running out of time. The layout of each stage will change each time you play.

This game is a collaboration between arcade game manufacturer Griffin Aerotech, game publisher Devolver Digital and game developer Dodge Roll. The game is set in the universe of "µEnter the Gungeon, originally a bullet hell dungeon crawler released on multiple home platforms. You explore a series of evolving floors protected by the minions of the Cult of Gundead. During you adventure, you find weapons, power ups and hidden secred that help you blast your way down through the army of the Gundead. Enter the Gungeon: House of the Gundead features very detailled pixel-art graphics. The dedicated cabinet features a 43" LCD monitor, 2.1 stereo system and dedicates subwoofer, Sinden lightgun technology with haptic feedback and deluxe colorful artworks. The game costs $5,499.00 (excuding taxes and shipping) and can be only shipped to the USA.

Mobile Suit Gundam Arsenal Base LINXTAGE is out in Japan today. The SEASON:01 includes mobile suits from Mobile Suit Gundam ZZ, Mobile Suit Gundam AGE, Mobile Suit Gundam Thunderbolt, Mobile Suit Gundam SEED and the game Kidou Senshi Gundam Gaiden: The Blue Destiny (Mobile Suit Gundam Sidestory: The Blue Destiny) and many other titles. There are 116 types of cards available. As the rarity increases, processing that combines three-dimensional gold foil and holo is added. All illustrations has been renewed. New battleships and captains are also available: Murrue Ramius (Archangel), Andrew Waltfeld & Lacus Clynr (Eternal), Dren (Musai), Bright Noah (White Base). You can customize battleships and captains you get by clearing various missions. New battleships and captains will be added each season. A new battle mode Link Stage Battle is available. This is a casual mode where rank points do not change and you can receive support from allied battleships. 4 new MS abilities are added to renew players strategies. Shattering attack: damages locked-on enemies with a single attack and disables the main weapon. Shattering attack (Wide angle): performs a fan-shaped area attack centering on locked-on enemies, disabling the main armament. En-Eins Perfektewelt Anastasis

En-Eins Perfektewelt Anastasis is available on NESiCAxLive today. This is the sequel to En-Eins Perfektwelt created to celebrate its 10th anniversary. The game still attracts a strong fan base, and tournaments are still held all over Japan. Subtle Style maintains the simple and deep gameplay but the balance to the existing characters has been adjusted and bugs have been fixed. A new character name Inazuma is added and a new features are available: new training mode, new stages and BGM. More new characters are scheduled to be added in future version upgrades. As with the previous work, there is a co-op play function for those who are new to fighting games and those who are not good at fighting games.

The Eye of Typhoon - Tsunami Edition

The Eye of Typhoon - Tsunami Edition is available now for MVS. The Eye of Typhoon is a Korean fighting game created by Viccom (Fight Fever) that was supposed to be released on NeoGeo in 1996 (it was showcased at AOU 96). Alas, the game would only be released on 3DO and PC and only in Korea. As the prototype of the MVS version still did not surface, the French team Balek (Johnny 16bit & OzzyOuzo) reprogrammed the game on NeoGeo using the assets of the PC and 3DO versions. The game being reprogrammed from scratch, many improvements and touches of humour were made (such as a farting character, a name entry screen with a blond Arnold Schwarzenegger on the Lambada music or interventions of David Hasselhoff, Chuck Norris and Jean-Claude Van Damme). In this game, warriors from around the world are fighting to recover the secret book of Kuk-Cho-Ho-Kwon, a long lost mysterious fighting art. The line-up consists of 12 fighters + 2 hidden playable characters (Powell and Kim Hoon) and a hidden non-playable boss (Mahesvara). Note that Jarkill was Italian in the original version, he is now Belgian in this version, his moves are in French, and he shouts "Godverdomme!" when he loses. The originality of the game is the Typhoon mode, which can only be used once per match and allow the usage of super deadly moves. Team Balek was supposed to release the game in May 2023 on MVS and AES, but brought the release forward to February. This MVS version by Team Balek is the only arcade version available. Needless to say, this Tsunami Edition is not official. The game was sold as a pre-order but a few copies are still available. Check the Discord channel to grab a copy!

Only one week to go before EAG 2023

Only one week to go before EAG 2023 Reminder: In one week, the 2023 edition of EAG International Expo will be held at the ExCeL in London. As with every year, this will be an opportunity to see the latest machines from the leading manufacturers to equip yourself for the new season. Sega Amusements International will be bringing its original Drone Racing Genesis and Wahlap's Storm Rider 2 motorbike game, among others. Bandai Namco Amusements Europe will be showcasing the brand new Dead Heat Unleashed, as well as the massive Fast & Furious Arcade from Raw Thrills and NFS Heat Takedown from Adrenaline Amusements. The deluxe version of StepManiaX from Step Revolution will be demonstrated on The United Distributing Company stand, while Instance Automatics will, as usual, present the latest from Universal Space. The latest Stern pinball machines will be on the Electrocoin stand. Belgian company VDW International will unveil its new coin pushers and JNC Sales will bring its stock of second-hand machines and Kalkomat its boxers. There will also be spare parts with e-Service and Suzo Happ. In short, the 60 or so exhibitors will have something for everyone, and whatever you are looking for, there is a good chance you will find it there. As usual, seminars will be held with topics such as "how to improve the performance of machines in pubs by involving consumers", "safer gambling", "how to make better use of social networks to attract customers", "how to easily reduce your electricity bills", "how to address the political world" and "all about the latest trend: "competitive socialisation" (Social Entertainment)". Omen of Sorrow

Omen of Sorrow is available on NESiCAxLive2. This a 2.5D fighting game from the Chilean company AOne Games powered by Unreal Engine 4. The action is set in 18th century Europe where classic gothic horror and dark fantasy monsters such as werewolves, vampires, and succubi clash. Featuring a 12 characters roster inspired by such icons as Frankenstein’s monster and Egyptian high priest Imhotep, this traditional 4-button fighting game rewards or punishes players based on how aggressive their playstyle is, putting a skill-centric spin on combat while keeping the experience accessible to newcomers. The soundtrack is composed by Francisco Cerda, a Chilean pianist that composes game music. Omen of Sorrow is also released on PC and consoles, the NESiCAxLive2 version features in-store battles and national battles modes.

Chase Chase Jokers

Chase Chase Jokers starts operation in Japan today. This is a new 3vs 3 team-fighting game form Konami. Players are are divided into two groups, humans and Oni, and compete against each other. The two teams compete in a maze to collect keys and avoid being touched by their opponents. They alternate between human and oni and switch between the chasing side and the chased side. he cabinet features a thumbstick to control the characters. There are different kinds of buttons. 3 colored buttons: action, jump and slide. 1 big white: camera move and a "Skill" button to activate skills when you became an Oni. There is a touch screen that allows chatting. All the game characters are fullu voiced: Hisako Kanemoto as Akagi Kagiko, Naomi Oozora as Aqua Chinon, Nozomi Yamamoto as Shinazu Miyomi and Aoi Yuki as PINE.
