La Tête Dans les Nuages features new games for the holidays. The famous Parisian game center acquired some new good games: Mach Storm, Deadstrom Pirates Special Edition and Super Alpine Racer. These 3 games from Namco were released in Europe in 2014. On players request, eight pinball machines were also installed as Metallica and Avengers pinballs. It's time to go to La Tête Dans les Nuages as the arcade will be open throughout the month of August (including August 15) and promotions for club members are running.

Every year Konami releases a new version of the Baseball Heroes card game. The 2014 version hits Japanese arcades today. There are 300 new cards from the 2014 season and 12 professional teams. Two new categories of cards are available: Super Rare and Ultra Rare. Players can now compete in a new versus game mode. New features allow players to develop new game tactics.

Puella Magi Madoka ☆ Magica: The Movie MAGICARD BATTLE from Sega starts operation today. All magical girls from the series (Madoka, Homura, Sayaka, Tomoe and Sakura) are present in this game and fight witches using spell cards. The player uses three buttons to fight: charge (green), attack (red) and skill (blue). There are 60 different cards to win during the game or buy. They are divided into 5 categories: Normal, Rare, Super Rare, Hyper Rare and Ultimate Rare.

In 1999, Konami released Silent Scope, a sniper game which has since become a classic. Konami hasn't given a true sequel to the series since the release of Silent Scope EX in 2001. It's now done with Silent Scope Bone Eater. The concept is the same as in the original but the story is now set in a cyber future and characters are completely new. Technology has also improved since this time, the cabinet features a transparent liquid crystal screen, headphones, a 3D sound system and a ventilation system to immerse the player in his role of a sniper. Puyo Puyo Quest Arcade ver1.2 will be out in two days. Three new characters are added: Maguro Sasaki, Rider and Risukuma. Level limit is updated to 50. The new challenge mode allows a player to choose the game rules and try to make a high score. There are other new features including 10 new cards and the ability to save up to 3 games.

Dengeki Bunko FIGHTING CLIMAX second update adds two playable characters and two support characters. Yukina Himeragi from Strike the Blood and Rentaro Satomi from Black Bullet are playable. Since Thursday, Miku fans can play Hatsune Miku Project DIVA Arcade Future Tone Version A. This version brings some adjustment as usual but, as it is a major update, new features are also added. First, a new Quest mode based on cards collection. The player can obtain virtual cards by completing certain conditions while playing songs. Then, with the cards won, he can create his own wallpapers and download them on DIVA.NET. BeatStream, the lastest game in Konami's BEMANI series, was released yesterday. This is a rhythm game suitable to both beginners and players used to BEMANI games. There are several levels of difficulty for each song. The player uses a touchscreen to meet the different challenges available. For example, there is a circle in the center of the screen, objects move towards it and the player must touch them when they reach the circle. Music selection includes songs from Touhou Project, anime and Vocaloid as well as original Konami songs.

Initial D Arcade Stage 8 Infinity is on the starting line and starts its career today! The highly anticipated racing game from Sega has the same basics than the previous episode, but brings some interesting new features. First, "Legend of the Street" mode has been completely renewed with special challenges. They comes from famous scenes of the manga such as "avoid spilling the cup of water" or "cause Iketani to faint". The player now uses "D coins" to make special tuning to his car. He exchanges "D coins" with real money. When using an Initial D license, the player receives a daily free continue! New races and new characters arrive, old versions players have new challenges. The player can customize the display screen with earned titles, tachometer type and even use the "cup of water". Initial D Arcade Stage 7 AA X card data can be transfered to Initial D Arcade Stage 8 Infinity. A great event is also underway: Project D audition!
